What if I have a question that is not covered here?
If you have any further questions, please email email@example.com, and someone from Team District will get back to you ASAP.
Are there prizes outside of the District Races?
We will be launching District Missions in each city, which includes a set time period where explorers can compete to top the leaderboard across their Districts. Prizes will be up for grabs for Mission winners, so stay tuned to our social pages for the next Mission.

Are there different types of Checkpoints, and how do I collect these?
Points are awarded for successfully navigating to a checkpoint, which your app will detect via GPS technology. You will receive points for reaching the checkpoint, and sometimes additional points are available. Here are the different types:
CHECKPOINT - Collect checkpoints and earn points to top the leaderboard. Go to the location to collect points.
TIME TRIAL - Sprint from checkpoint A to B before time runs out. The faster you are, the more points you score.
DISCOVERY - Look for clues around you and answer a question about your location.
HIDDEN - Run to the hidden checkpoint when it appears. Get there before time runs out or it will disappear.
What is Explore Mode?
Explore anytime, at your own pace. You get 500 points for collecting each checkpoint the first time. These will refresh after 24 hours and be worth 200 points each time after. Keep on exploring to rack up your all time leaderboard points. All Explorers will also receive extra points when completing 100% of a District.
What are Run Challenges?
Get our for a timed challenge to collect as many checkpoints as possible before your timer runs out. Push your limits. Run solo, or challenge a friend.
There are four types of Run Challenges:
DISCOVER - Collect as many checkpoints as you can before your timer runs out. With no set route and no set distance, you choose how you explore.
ROUTE - Collect all the checkpoints in this curated run route. Get to all the checkpoints in order, starting from the first checkpoint. Finish the run as quickly as you can to top the leaderboard.
LOOP - Collect all the checkpoints in this curated running Loop. You can start from any checkpoint, and collect them in any order. Run through all of them as quickly as you can to top the leaderboard.
CHASE - Collect the checkpoint nearest to you to uncover the next checkpoint in the sequence. The next checkpoint is only available for a limited time, so make sure you get there before your timer runs out. Rinse and repeat.
